Fantastic spot in Rome! My boyfriend and I came here twice for lunch during our time in Rome, both times the drinks and food were superb. It’s a slightly more upscale atmosphere than some of the other spots in the area which is a refreshing change of pace. Extensive selection of wine and spirits as well!

We (my 10 year old son and I ) had less than 24 hours in Rome and came for lunch on July 31. And Elisa recognised us from last summer and made us feel so welcome!!! We loved the food, atmosphere, service and environment.
Last year we accidentally discovered Astemio and came both for dinner one night and lunch day after. I honestly want to come to Rome again just to dine there again 🙏
Excellent food and choices of wine. The staff was helpful and friendly. Pleasant atmosphere. One aspect that could be corrected was a mistake with the bill and the way it was handled. A small detail that would make our experience better. But overall a beautiful place!
I recommend this as the first choice for wine in the area. I stumbled upon this spot during a night walk looking for wine of a cocktail and I found both here. They have an extensive collection of wine and limited, but good, cocktails. The employees are super friendly. The food looked good but I had already eaten. I would definitely go back for drinks and to try their food

Extremely recommended!! The best pasta and parmigiana in my life happened here! Very cosy place with chill music, nice design & friendly staff ! There are plenty of great restaurants in Rome, but this one is just 10/10. It literally cannot be better.
Astemio was a hip gem in Rome’s Monti neighborhood. It’s easy to walk right past it and not know what it is; we did this several times before discovering it. They have a large selection of wine and a very knowledgeable sommelier. What kept us coming back were the surprisingly good mojitos, which were appreciated after walking around the hot streets of Rome!
